BANANA BREAD

 4   eggs

2   cups mashed, ripe bananas  (approximately 5 bananas)

1   cup corn oil

2/3 cup water

3 ½   cups plain flour

2   tsp. soda

1   tsp. salt

3   cups sugar

1   cup chopped pecans

 Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add oil, water and mashed bananas, then add dry  ingredients, mixing well. Add pecans last (I like dusting them very lightly with flour). Bake in preheated 350 degree oven.

Makes 2 large loaves, 9 x 5-inch size loaf pan.
