BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

COOK TOGETHER ON MEDIUM HEAT stirring until mixture comes to a boil and then boil 5 minutes.;  Continue to stir to avoid scorching.

One large can evaporated milk

3 cups sugar

1 stick oleo

¼ teaspoon salt 

 

ADD and stir until smooth and pour into 9 by 13 pyrex  dish.

 

1 jar (10 oz.) marshmallow cream

One 12-oz. bag butterscotch pieces

2 cups chunky peanut butter

2 tsp. vanilla

 

Makes approx. 5 lbs.
