CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 

3 cups cooked chicken, cut in small pieces 

2 cans chicken broth 

1 can cream of chicken soup 

1 can cream of mushroom soup 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb dressing mix 

½ cup margarine, melted

 

Combine chicken soup with 1 can of chicken broth.  Combine mushroom soup with 1 can chicken broth.  Combine dressing mix with margarine.   Reserve ¼ cup for garnish.  Spoon half of dressing mix into a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.  Top with half the chicken.  Cover with chicken soup mixture.  Repeat layers. Pour mushroom soup over layers. Sprinkle with reserved dressing mixture.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Remove casserole from refrigerator 15 min. before baking.  Uncover and bake at 350 deg. for 30 to 45 min.
