CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 whole chicken or 2 or 3 chicken breasts

1 package herb stuffing mix

1 stick butter or margarine

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can chicken broth

Cook chicken without adding salt, debone and cut into small pieces.  Melt butter and add to stuffing mix, mixing well.  Spread half the mixture in bottom of 9 by 13 inch pan or dish. Combine soups and chicken broth. Spread half the soup mixture over stuffing.  Layer all of chicken over soup mixture.  Spread remaining soup mixture over chicken and top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake at 300 deg. about 30 min., until mixture is hot and brown on top.  Yield 12 servings.
