CHICKEN SALAD (2)

3 cups cooked, chopped chicken

1 cup thinly sliced celery

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. minced onion

½ cup mayonnaise

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

½ cup seedless green grapes, halved

½ cup seedless red grapes, halved

1 (2-oz.) pkg. sliced almonds, toasted

Combine chicken, celery, lemon juice and minced onion. Cover and Chill. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Gently blend in grapes and almonds. Serve on lettuce leaf
