Chocolate Fudge Pie

7 tablespoons cocoa

3 cups granulated sugar

1 stick butter, melted (no substitute

4 eggs

1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 unbaked pie shells
                                                                                                    

Blend cocoa into sugar. Pour in melted butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add evaporated milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shells, filling them as full as possible (not deep dish shells). Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour.


Serve with vanilla ice cream.
