CORNBREAD CASSEROLE

1 lb. sage-flavored sausage

1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix

1 large eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli

1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese

Cook sausage.  Combine cornbread mix, eggs and melted butter.  Cook broccoli until tender.  Stir cottage cheese and broccoli into cornbread mixture.  Add sausage.  Spread into greased casserole and bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
