|  | CREAMED SPINACH 
 4 tbsp. butter
 1 tbsp. flour
 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
 1 can cream of celery soup
 20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
 Salt/Pepper to taste
 
 In saucepan on medium/low heat, melt butter, add flour and garlic powder. Cook, 
stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Blend in soup until smooth. Add spinach, salt 
and pepper. Heat and serve immediately.
