EASY CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE

(Serves 35 to 40 people)

Pour 1 #10 can drained sliced potatoes in sterno half-pan which has been sprayed with vegetable oil.

Heat one quart whole milk.  Mix 3 tbsp. cornstarch with little water and add to hot milk.  Add 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese to milk and stir until melted.  Pour over potatoes.

Crush one sleeve crackers and put over top of casserole.  MELT 2 sticks butter and pour over cracker crumbs.  Bake in 350 deg. oven 30 minutes.
