GARDEN PEA SALAD

1 (15-oz.) can young early peas

1/4 cup chopped onions

2 boiled eggs, crumbled

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

chopped pimento, optional

Drain peas very well and place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, tossing to combine. Makes 4 servings.
