GERMAN COLE SLAW

1 head cabbage

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 Tbsp. onion, chopped

3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

1/4 cup vinegar

3 Tbsp. salad oil

1/2  tsp. salt

Shred cabbage. Cover with boiling water for 5 minutes; drain well. Add rest of ingredients and mix.

Best eaten while hot.
