GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE

1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles 

1 green pepper 

1 can mushroom soup 

1 small jar pimentos 

1 small jar olives 

2 large onions 

1-1/2 lb. ground beef 

1 can tomato soup 

8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook ground beef, green pepper and onion.  Drain.   Add 2 cans of soup and 1 can of water.  Add sliced olives and pimentos.  Simmer.  Cook noodles, drain.  In a pyrex dish sprayed with vegetable oil, place layer of noodles, layer of meat mixture and layer of cheese.  Make two layers. 

Heat in 350 deg. oven for 30 min. or until heated through completely.  Let set  a few minutes before serving.
