HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes 

1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

½ tsp. salt 

2 cups sour cream 

½ cup melted butter 

½ cup chopped onions 

1 can cream of chicken soup 

½ tsp. garlic salt

 Mix ingredients and pour into a greased 9"x13" pan.  Bake in a 350 Deg. oven for 30 min. uncovered.  Remove from oven and sprinkle the following Topping on casserole and bake for an additional 30 minutes:

TOPPING 

1/3 cup melted margarine 

2 cups crushed cornflakes
