HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 

BROWN 3 to 4 lb. cut up fryer in 4 tbsp. margarine. 

 ADD ¼ cup pineapple juice (from drained can of pineapple), l green onion, and 1 tsp. salt. 

Cover and cook 40 min. or until tender. 

MIX 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, ½ tsp. ginger, 2 tbsp. vinegar, and pour over chicken. 

When sauce is thick, ADD pineapple chunks and green pepper, and cook an additional 3 to 4 min.
