MACARONI AND CHEESE

1 lb. macaroni

Enough water to cook macaroni

1 tsp. salt

2 cups grated Velveeta, divided

2 tbs. margarine, melted

3 eggs

1-1/2 cup milk

Bring water and salt to boil.  Add macaroni and cook until tender.  Drain.  Combine 1 cup Velveeta, margarine, eggs and milk.  Add macaroni and pour into baking dish.  Top with last cup of Velveeta.  Let stand at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. Bake at 350 deg. about 40 min. or until macaroni sets.  Do not overbake.  Serves 8.

1-1/2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. flour

1-1/3 cup milk, heated

2 cups grated cheese

 

MIX  in 7 to 8 oz. cooked macaroni, and Salt/Pepper.
