MAPLE NUT FUDGE

4 cups granulated sugar
1 large can (1-2/3 cups) evaporated milk
1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
12-oz. Pkg. white chocolate bits
8 oz. mini-marshmallows
3 tsp. maple flavoring
1 cup chopped black walnuts

In heavy sauce pan over medium heat, blend sugar, evaporated milk and margarine. Cook to soft-ball stage (235 deg.) stirring often. Remove from heat.

Add white chocolate, marshmallows and flavoring to cooked mixture. Stir until smooth and blended. Add chopped walnuts. Pour into buttered 9 by 13 pan. Let cool before cutting into squares.
