PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

 

1 cup margarine

1 cup peanut butter

½ cup instant oatmeal

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups rice krispies

2 cups pecans

1 cup flaked coconut

 

Mix together and form into small balls.  Chill one hour.

 

COATING:

 

Melt in top of double boiler 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips, ½ of a fourth pound block of paraffin wax.  Dip balls in mixture and drain on waxed paper. (Toothpicks may be inserted in the balls before dipping.)  Yield:  5 to 6 doz.
