Slow-Cooker Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

16 oz macaroni, dente (cooked 6 minutes)

3-1/2 cups whole milk

1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk

½ cup melted butter

¼ tsp. pepper

¾ tsp. salt

16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

 8 oz. Shredded velveeta cheese

 

Line the crock pot with liner. Add whole milk and evaporated milk, melted butter, salt and pepper to crock pot. Add macaroni, cheddar cheese and velveeta to the crock pot. Stir to blend macaroni and cheese. Cover. Cook on low heat setting l hour. Stir well. Cover, cook 1 to l-1/2 hours until pasta is cooked but not mushy. Stir until mac and cheese is combined and creamy.
