SQUASH CASSEROLE

1 stick butter

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

2 - 3 c. cooked, drained squash

1 medium onion

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 ozs. sour cream

Cook squash and onion until tender; mash and drain. Melt butter in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix in 2/3 of the package of dressing mix. Mix squash, soup and sour cream; pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle rest of dressing mix over top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
