TURKEY NOODLE CASSEROLE 

3 cups cooked turkey 

3-1/2 medium noodles, cooked and drained 

6 oz. evaporated milk 

1/2 tsp. salt 

1 cup celery, diced 

¼ cup green pepper, diced 

¼ cup pimento, diced 

1 can cream of chicken soup 

1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

1 cup slivered almonds, toasted 

1-1/2 cups bread crumbs 

1/3 cup melted butter 

Arrange noodles in greased baking dish.  Heat soup, milk and salt.  Add cheese and stir until melted.  Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs, butter, and ½  cup almonds.  

Butter the bread crumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole.  Add the remaining ½ cup almonds. 

Bake uncovered in 350 deg. oven for approx. 30 min. or until done.
