FALL-APART BOSTON BUTT (Cook in Crock Pot) 1 Boston Butt pork roast (about 4 lbs.)
¼ to 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 cup apple juice
Place
Worcestershire
sauce
in
separate
bowl
and
soak
the
Boston
Butt
in
the
Worcestershire
sauce.
Remove
roast
from
Worcestershire
sauce
and
coat
with
brown
sugar.
Put
into
crock
pot
Pour
apple
juice
into
bottom
of
crock
pot
and
add
l/2
teaspoon
salt
to
apple
juice.
Set
the
crock
pot
on
high
for
30
minutes
and
then
turn
the
setting
to
low
and
cook
for
eight
hours
