BREAKFAST BACON QUICHE
12 slices bacon (crisply fried and crumbled)
1 cup grated cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
(if desired) 2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
1. Place bacon, cheese and onions in lightly
greased 10" pie plate or quiche plate.
2. Place remaining ingredients in blender and
blend on high speed for 1 minute pour into plate.

Bake
at
350
degrees
F.
for
approximately
an
hour
(or
until
knife
comes
out
clean).
Let
stand
5
minutes
before
cutting.
