BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 

¼ cup slivered, toasted almonds 

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 

1 (8oz.) jar small onions, drained 

1 (4oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained 

1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos 

¼ to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, to taste 

1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 Spread almonds on cookie sheet and toast at 350 deg. for 5 min.  Cook broccoli until done.  Drain.  Combine all ingredients except soup and cheese.  Pour into greased l-1/2 qt. casserole.  Cover with soup and top with cheese.  Bake in preheated 350 deg. oven for 30 min.
