BUTTERSCOTCH SUPREME
Layer 1:
1 cup flour
½ cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix four and melted butter and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Press nuts into crust. Bake at 375 deg. for 15 minutes. Cool.
Layer 2:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg, cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Mix well and spread on first layer.
Layer 3:
2 (3-3/4 oz..) pkg.. Butterscotch instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 (16 oz.) cool whip
Mix pudding and milk and pour over dessert. Top with cool whip.
(Chocolate instant pudding may be used also. If using chocolate, grate a Hershey Bar on the top layer of cool whip.)
