CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 1 (2 lb.) Bag frozen hashed-brown potatoes
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
2 (10-oz.) cans potato soup
dash salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter, sliced
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Butter a large casserole dish. In a large bowl, mix
the first 5 ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish and spread evenly.
Place butter slices on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 deg. oven
for 50 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
