CORN PUDDING
4 tbsp. butter
4 cups corn
6 eggs
2 cups half and half cream
½ cup flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Place two cups of corn in food processor along with eggs, cream,
flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Process for 10 seconds. Fold in remaining corn
and pour into buttered baking dish. Place dish in roasting pan and add hot
water to reach half way up the sides. Dot butter on top.
Bake one hour at 350 deg. Until firm but still quivering.

2 cans whole grain corn, drained
2 cans creamed-style corn
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, well beaten
1 stick (¼ lb.) butter great recipe for an American classic!
Mix all ingredients except butter and pour
into baking pan. Cut butter into eight pieces and place on top of mixture. Bake
at 400° F. for 1½ to 2 hours, until pudding is firm to the touch.
