FRENCH COCONUT PIE

 3 eggs, beaten   

1 1/4 c. sugar

1 Tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 stick butter, melted

1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together, adding butter last.  Bake at 375 deg. for 15 min. and then lower the heat to 350 deg.  Bake till done.
