GLAZED CARROTS 

2 lbs. fresh baby carrots 

1/3 cup butter, melted 

½ cup brown sugar 

½ cup white sugar 

1/3 cup orange juice 

1 tsp. cinnamon 

1 tsp. vanilla

 Cook carrots in salted water 8 to 10 minutes.  Drain.  Combine remaining ingredients in 1-qt. baking dish.  Put carrots into butter mixture and bake in 350-deg. oven approx. 15 to 20 min.
