HAMBURGER
SOUP
1 pound hamburger or ground chuck
1 medium onion, cut-up
2 cans (15-ounce) whole kernel corn
2 cans (14.5 ounce) green beans
2 cans (15-ounce) peas
4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
1 large can (46-ounce) tomato Juice
1 large can (15-ounce) tomato sauce
Brown hamburger or ground chuck and onion.
Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour or until thick.
