HOT SWISS ONION DIP
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped sweet onion
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
½ can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Melt butter and saute onions 10 minutes on low heat or until tender. Stir
together cheese and other ingredients. Add onions and mix. Put in dish and bake
375 deg. for approx. 25 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite crackers.
