MACARONI AND CHEESE DELUXE
1 (8oz.) Box elbow macaroni
2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 (8-oz.) sour cream
1 egg, sightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Paprika
Cook Macaroni according to package directions, drain,
rinse and set aside. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, butter, salt,
pepper and shredded cheese. Add macaroni and stir well. Spoon mixture into
lightly greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 deg.
for 35 min. Makes 6-8 servings.
