cups all-purpose flour

cup margarine

cup butter

cup granulated sugar

cup ADDITIONAL granulated sugar to roll cookies

cup brown sugar

eggs slightly beaten

cup peanut butter
1 1/2
tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl,
cream together sugar and
butter. Stir in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in flour which
has been sifted with soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until well
combined
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and then roll in
the ADDITIONAL sugar. Place
on greased
cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake for
12-15 minutes or until done.
Note: Instead of greasing my cookie sheet,
I use Reynolds Parchment
Paper.
