STRAWBERRY FLUFF

Butter Crust:

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup butter

Mix as pie crust. Bake in 13 x 9 pan in 400 deg. Oven for about 10 min.

Cool.

 

Filling:

8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 lg. Box Dream Whip, prepared according to package directions

Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add dream whip mixture. Beat until blended. Pour over crust in pan.

 

Topping:

4 cups frozen strawberries, thawed. Reserve two cups drained berries. Put remaining Strawberries and juice, 1 cup sugar, 4 tbsp. Corn starch and red food coloring in pan and cook about five min. Add reserved berries and cool. Pour over cream cheese

Mixture and chill 12 hours.

Fresh strawberries may be used.
