SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 beaten eggs

3 tablespoons margarine

1/2 cup milk

 l  teaspoon  nutmeg (optional)

1  teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients and put in well greased baking dish. Cover with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Topping

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1 cup chopped nuts

3 tablespoon margarine

Mix and crumble on top of Sweet Potato Mixture.
