TACO CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground beef (85% lean, 15%fat)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can whole kernel corn with
liquid
1 pkg. French's Taco Mix
Velveeta cheese (1 cup or more)
1 pkg. Mexican Cornbread Mix
Slowly
cook
ground
beef
in
skillet.
Drain
off
fat.
Add
can
of
corn,
tomato
sauce,
and taco
mix and bring to boil. Simmer on low 5 minutes. Pour into large
casserole dish and
top with a layer of cheese. Top with cornbread mix (made up from
directions
on
package.)
Bake
at
350
degrees
until
cornbread
is
done
