CHRISTMAS
CONGEALED SALAD
1 (3-ounce) package cherry gelatin
1 (3-ounce) package lime gelatin
1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping
1 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
Prepare the two gelatins according to
directions on the package. Cut the gelatin in bitesize pieces and put in a
large bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
