Japanese Fruit Pie
1 cup sugar
1 cup white
corn syrup
2 sticks margarine, melted
4 eggs
2
tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon
vinegar
1 cup
chopped pecans |

coconut
1 cup
raisins
2 unbaked
pie shells
Combine sugar, syrup and
butter. Beat in one egg at a time. Add vanilla and vinegar. Add
remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees
for 45 to 50 minutes.
